Hello friends and family,
I just want to share with you a few pictures from work in the studio on Tuesday.
1} sending something to a friend : noticed a reflection in the glass.
2} working can be a little messy
3} All I can say here is {making} art is so important {to me}. Words, thoughts, materials, and methods are imbued with meaning and intent.
While I was making this piece I was thinking about my identity as an artist {& person} and some sudden information I had just received. Without being sensationalized and weepy about it, "take my dreams and give them wings" is my prayer {for everyone}.
I like studio shots like this tidy one and sunny ones like this too.
