This morning I awoke with such a feeling of happiness and thankfulness; happiness that it is summer, that it is Sunday morning, that we're working on our house (although it's an unbelievably messy job ripping out walls and scooping up two foot piles of old insulation). I'm hoping summer won't speed by but take it's sweet time.

My new favorite way to eat our garden strawberries is with plain yogurt, drizzle of honey and granola crumbles on top.
